Cabinetry Production Supervisor

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Reports to: Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations

What you’ll do

• Lead daily operations in the Flex Cell and Machining Departments, ensuring production targets, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Direct and support a team of machine operators, Assembler and General laborers; oversee task allocation, performance, and attendance, fostering accountability.
• Supervise production activities, including employee performance and attendance, to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to production order sequence, assigning priorities and replacement part management.
• Manage Cutup, Edge Banding, Drilling, hardware installation, and Assembly operations as per established work instructions.
