Required Skills & QualificationsSoftware Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD or similar structural detailing software. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of civil engineering design principles, materials & connections. Education: ITI certification, or diploma in civil drafting/engineering. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in calculations and drafting. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for coordinating with project teams. Prepare detailed, high-quality 2D drawings and 3D models. Create shop drawings, General Arrangement plans, rebar details, construction method drgs and steel fabrication/erection drawings.
