Summary NIST/Chemical Sciences Division is looking for a scientist with the expertise to prepare single element calibration solutions and measure those solutions using high performance inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy. Responsibilities In this position, you will: Plan and carry out difficult and complex assignments in inorganic chemical analysis with limited supervision. Manage the production and certification measurements of NIST Standard Reference Materials used as primary calibration materials, leveraging gravimetric preparation and high performance Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy measurements.
