This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role, working across 5 days out of 7 from Monday to Sunday on a weekly 40 hour roster with 8 hour shifts 24/7.

Shifts have weekly block shift rotations of 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm and 11pm - 7am.

ON OFFER|

  • Base salary of €33k for 40 hour week
  • Shift allowance applies to the hours of 11pm - 7am
  • Healthcare Insurance
  • Death in Service Benefit
  • Company pension at 4%
  • 20 days Annual Leave with 10 bank holiday days

  • Handle high volumes of customer requests, delivering a professional and compliant service.
  • Process and update queries accurately within internal systems.
