Job Description
The Senior Analyst will have experience working with marketing databases and building and automating complex direct marketing campaigns that drive the business forward.
Working with Leads Management, responsibilities include implementing campaign data requirements developed by internal business partners, developing technical specifications, producing and quality-testing campaign data files, identifying and remediating issues along the campaign workflow, and managing relationships with stakeholders.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to manage several campaign projects simultaneously. It is essential to have strong communication and project management skills. The Senior Analyst will develop a deep understanding of the campaign management tool and the content of the data warehouse. The right candidate must enjoy and excel at problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
