Position Summary

Assists in the leadership of Fresh areas and department processes, responds to problems and inquiries, and develops associates through teaching and training. Ensures a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion. Plans and executes department activities based on workload and operational functions and assists on the sales floor as required.

What you'll do

1. Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers politely and friendly, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues, and referring concerns where appropriate.
2. Assists in providing direction and the co‑ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Fresh Coach and the Store Management Team. Delegates, assists, and follows up on completion of daily Customer Availability process tasks.
