POSITION SUMMARY

A strategic leadership role supporting practice group excellence and innovation. The Canada Director of Legal Solutions is a senior leader responsible for supporting the Firm’s practice groups to execute their strategies efficiently and effectively. As a senior member of the cross‑functional team that will drive the Firm’s transformation agenda, you will work closely with the Firm’s Practice Group Leaders, Knowledge and Legal Operations (KLO) team and Business Technology team. You will report directly to the Firm’s Chief Transformation Officer and will play a pivotal role in the Firm's transformation agenda, ensuring that modern ways of working and innovative practices are enabled and adopted by legal teams to drive excellence and enhance client value.
