Role Summary

As a deployed Reconditioning Specialist team member, you will deliver exercise and reconditioning services to Canadian Armed Forces and partner nation soldiers overseas. Your work will enhance the morale and welfare of troops by improving their functional abilities and supporting injury prevention.

Responsibilities

• Lead reconditioning programs for Canadian Armed Forces members with medical conditions.
• Design and implement specific programs that support reconditioning and prevent future injury.
• Provide fitness counseling to clients with physical and/or mental injuries.
• Coordinate and lead physical fitness evaluations and baseline testing for individuals with chronic metabolic and/or musculoskeletal disorders.
• Assist partners in promoting healthy practices and injury prevention through educational programs, special events, and other physical fitness activities.
