Reports to: Accounting Manager

Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Senior Property Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Property Accountant, you will be responsible for financial reporting and analysis for our diverse portfolio of properties. By joining our team, you will contribute to our mission of creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels valued and respected.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full accounting cycle, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, and bank reconciliation;
  • Ensure all monthly financial and management reporting required for management, is delivered accurately and on a timely basis;
  • Ensure all accounting records related to all properties are kept up to date within guidelines established by the company and/or its owners;
