This role focuses on acute cardiology consultation and collaboration with hospital staff. You will be responsible for interpreting important studies such as echocardiograms and ECGs while supervising nuclear imaging. Also, you will follow up with patients and conduct rapid cardiac assessments, enhancing the region’s cardiac health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver acute cardiology consultations for various specialties
• Interpret and analyze echocardiography and ECG studies
• Supervise nuclear perfusion imaging processes
• Lead rapid cardiac assessment clinics on-site
• Manage patient follow-ups and administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Must have FRCPC Cardiology designation or eligibility
