Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring patient identification, safety and preparation are correct prior to testing while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Performs all cardiac testing techniques including Electrocardiogram (ECG) testing, stress testing, Holter scanning, Holter monitoring and ambulatory BP monitoring as per Company’s P&P manual guidelines.
• Responsible for inserting various types of intravenous lines and monitoring the IV treatments to watch for complications as required.
• Performs Nuclear stress testing on treadmill as well as using pharmacological interventions including Persantine (Dipyridamole), dobutamine, adenosine, etc. as well as administering aminophylline as required under clinical supervision and delegated workflow.
