Job Description
The Case Manager provides a coordinated, supportive role to individuals and families who have experienced violence and abuse, residing in our second stage shelter. Case managers are a critical piece of our multi-disciplinary team, focused on supporting clients as they walk through their individualized, healing journey.

Key Responsibilities
Case Management
- Primary responsibility is to support clients as they identify and engage resources and referrals to increase their sense of well-being, safety, connection, and inclusion. This support involves both internal and external resourcing, shifting to meet client needs throughout an up to one year stay.
