Empower women through YW Calgary as a Case Manager, focused on trauma-informed care. This role encompasses emotional support, goal setting, and systems navigation in a supportive environment.

As a Case Manager reporting to the Manager of Transitional Housing, you will work directly with women confronting homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance use. Utilizing client-centered approaches, you will build trusting relationships, develop individualized case plans, and conduct ongoing assessments to monitor progress.
