Category Lead Manager, Strategic Sourcing

To lead category-based sourcing and drive the transformation of the Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) function toward a strategic, innovative, and value-driven model within the healthcare and eldercare sectors.

This role transcends traditional category management, playing a pivotal part in shaping sourcing strategies, optimizing procurement practices, and driving new approaches to vendor partnerships and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Category Strategy & Transformation - Develop and implement category sourcing strategies across key spend areas, while identifying opportunities to transform sourcing approaches such as consolidation, partnerships, and bundled services.
