The Medical Assistant (MA) plays a key role in supporting providers and the care team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare within a managed care environment.

The MA performs both clinical and administrative duties to ensure efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and compliance with managed care protocols and quality metrics.

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Prepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness for patient visits.
