Role Overview

We’re looking for a Change & Communication Analyst to support the people side of technology-driven change initiatives within the Digital & Technology division. This role is ideal for someone early in their change or communications career who thrives in a fast‑paced workplace, enjoys turning complexity into clarity, and is motivated to help people successfully adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working. Partnering closely with the Manager, Change Management, the Analyst will play a hands‑on role in executing change and communication activities that drive awareness, understanding, and adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of change management and communication plans for technology-related initiatives (e.g., new tools, system enhancements, process changes)
• Assist with stakeholder identification and basic change impact assessments across people, process, and technology
