We’re looking for a Change & Communication Analyst to support the people side of technology‑driven change initiatives within the Digital & Technology division.

This role is ideal for someone early in a change or communications career who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys turning complexity into clarity, and is motivated to help people successfully adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working. Partnering closely with the Manager, Change Management, the Analyst will play a hands‑on role in executing change and communication activities that drive awareness, understanding, and adoption across the organization.
