About the role

Seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead organizational change management (OCM) delivery across the NextGen Procurement transformation program. This enterprise initiative modernizes Gap's procurement operating model through sequential technology implementations - Zip intake orchestration, Coupa Supplier Information Management, and Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management - serving procurement, accounts payable, legal, as well as various business functions and supplier-facing teams across the organization. This is a high-visibility, high-impact engagement requiring expert change management execution across four concurrent releases culminating in an enterprise rollout by December 2026.
