Deploying Microsoft 365 and Copilot requires deep expertise in change management (scoping, workshops, training, Generative AI support). This role is aimed at a confirmed M365 and Copilot Change Management Lead, capable of acting as an expert on complex or multi-team projects.

YOUR MISSIONS

As an M365 and Copilot Change Management Lead (M/F), you work with our clients on Microsoft and Copilot solutions, the core of our business.

• Support our clients in their change strategy on Microsoft and Copilot solutions
• Facilitate project scoping workshops, training on tools/software and use cases, user impact workshops, ambassador and sponsor sessions
• Understand and adapt to different types of IT organisations, with a persona-based approach (mapping) to propose relevant strategies and recommendations
