Job Description

The Channel & Performance Management Specialist supports the monitoring, reporting, and analysis of portfolio and channel performance indicators. The role contributes to the optimization of operational efficiency, ensuring accurate data insights, and supports strategic decisions that enhance channel productivity and overall portfolio performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leads the design and implementation of performance measurement frameworks and analytical models across all servicing channels.
