Job Description

L'ÉCOLE RECHERCHE, POUR UNE ENTREPRISE PARTENAIRE, UN CHARGE DE PROJETS RELATION CLIENT (H/F) EN ALTERNANCE.

VOS MISSIONS

Vos activités seront réparties autour de 3 grands axes :

Animation des clients du programme de fidélité de l’enseigne

  • Réalisation de différents supports (email, sms, outils de communication) : du brief à la validation des BAT
  • Gestion des communications récurrentes 
  • Coordination avec les différents prestataires 

    • Animation de la satisfaction client

  • Animation et suivi des améliorations du baromètre client
  • Contribution au service client sur tous ses canaux
  • Picking service client
  • Alimentation des verbatims à destination des magasins

    • Projet revitalisation nouveau programme de fidélité
