What the Role Does:

As Checkout Content Manager, you will manage a team of Checkout Specialists to improve the full checkout journey, focusing on clarity, usability, and conversion. You will prioritize initiatives, optimize processes, and ensure consistent execution, turning insights into actionable improvements that drive revenue and enhance customer experience. You will partner closely with Data, Product, User Experience, and other cross‑functional teams to identify high‑impact opportunities, guide execution, and continuously refine the checkout experience based on results. This is a full‑time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with opportunities in office or hybrid.
