Job Description
Join our leadership team as a Chef and Kitchen Manager at our camp in Inuvik, NT. This role focuses on overseeing kitchen and housekeeping operations while ensuring food safety compliance and operational excellence.
In this full-time, on-site role, you will plan meals, manage inventory, and handle all administrative tasks such as billing and scheduling. The position emphasizes training and supervising staff to maintain AOGS standards. Previous experience in remote kitchen management is preferred, along with a strong understanding of Indigenous culture and foods.
