RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce timely, relevant, and insightful analysis of economic and real estate market conditions for inclusion in CoStar’s product offering. Content will take various forms, including:
  • Written narratives in CoStar’s market and sub‑market reports
  • News articles
  • Presentation content
  • Interactions and discussions with CoStar customers
• Personally maintain national‑level content, including property‑type specific reports and news articles
• Represent CoStar at industry events
• Support sales and marketing efforts in Canada, and serve as a key client contact
• Work with CoStar research to ensure CoStar data accurately reflects market trends

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of work experience in Canadian commercial real estate
