- Supervise and coordinate all Duty Managers, and technical team.
- Ensure optimal performance, safety, and efficiency of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, water treatment, and life safety systems.
- Oversee the establishment and execution of preventive maintenance programs for rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess building conditions and recommend repairs, renovations, or upgrades.
- Manage the Engineering department’s operating and capital expenditure budgets.
- Control departmental costs while maintaining service quality and asset integrity.
- Support procurement of equipment, spare parts, tools, and supplies in line with budget and brand standards.
