CEO – Brazil Operations

We are seeking a CEO responsible for launching and leading CFI’s operations in Brazil, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving client acquisition and revenue growth, and building local teams and partnerships. The role combines strategic market entry, operational setup and commercial leadership within a regulated financial services environment.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of CFI's operational setup in Brazil, including office infrastructure, vendor relationships, banking, and local legal presence.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Brazil go-to-market strategy aligned with Group objectives and local market dynamics.
• Identify and propose pricing of products & services based on local market.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for CFI's regulatory obligations with the CVM and the Banco Central do Brasil.
