APM is seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support a diverse and growing organization with strong local roots. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO is the senior financial executive responsible for financial stewardship, strategic insight, and long‑term value creation across a multi‑entity business environment.

The CFO leads all aspects of financial management, including accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, risk analysis, and financial reporting. The role also includes providing strategic financial guidance to support major development projects, construction initiatives, capital planning, and organizational growth.
