Job Description
The Field Leadership Operations Specialist is a Chief-of-Staff-style operations role that centralizes the tactical execution work currently handled by the AMER enablement team (e.g., all-hands prep, recurring communications, coordination, and reporting).
This temporary role creates leverage for enablement leaders to focus on strategy, stakeholder alignment, and business outcomes by owning the day-to-day operational, coordination, and presentation-building activities that keep the organization running.
Objectives of the Role
- Remove recurring Chief-of-Staff-type tasks from enablement teams (deck creation, meeting orchestration, logistics, follow-ups).
- Improve consistency, quality, and timeliness of field communications, leadership meetings, and operational rhythms.
- Provide a single point of accountability for tracking actions, owners, and deadlines across multiple workstreams.
