Role Overview

The Chief of Staff (CoS) to the executive team is a force multiplier for the senior leadership team at Qu Data Centres. This role exists to increase the executive team’s effectiveness , ensure strategic priorities are executed with discipline, and keep the organization aligned as Qu scales its platform, operations, and stakeholder complexity.

Not an administrative role. The Chief of Staff operates as a trusted advisor, execution lead, and integrator across strategy, operations, governance, and cross‑functional initiatives — particularly where decisions are ambiguous, time‑sensitive, or highly consequential.

The ideal candidate is analytically strong, commercially grounded, politically astute, and comfortable operating at board, investor, and senior‑management level.
