**CI Engineer**
Key Responsibilities
- Support Model Value Stream planning and development (Vision and Challenges) and execution on supporting A3's.
- Support management in creating Policy Deployment, Bowlers, KPI's and action plans.
- Manage and report on the portfolio of Kaizen activities.
- Oversee the success of the kaizen events, including:
- Planning of events with a dynamic funnel process tied to Policy
- Deployment/Model Value Stream and Daily Management
- Event execution; and sustainment of kaizen event results
- Provide on-going master-level support and guidance on CI principles/tools.
- Act as change agent in challenging existing approaches and performance.
- Shepherd implementation of CI principles/tools to improve safety, quality, on-time delivery, and reduce operating costs and inventory.
