About the job Ci2C Collection Lead is responsible for delivering collection services for CHC business across countries within CHC perimeter in Europe and MEA. Main responsibilities Operation – Collection services Monitor operational KPIs to pro-actively manage execution issues to maximize financial results by period end Review AR ageing reports Perform collection & dunning Determine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined process Dispute & Claim Management – qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility Contribute to business and customer collection strategy reviews Ensure balanced workload allocation and back-up structure Escalate issues to CI2C Credit & Revenue Partner and Head of Credit Management & Collections Drive continuous improvement Ensure compliance of processes, transactions and reports with CHC policies and guidelines Build, document and transfer Ci2C Core Model process knowledge (Level 6/7) relati...
