What You'll Do Here

• Lead a team of technical experts in the field of construction, estimate writing, and property loss emergency response, as well as teams that support the claims handling operation.
• Analyze data and results to assess process efficiency.
• Work closely with colleagues in supply chain management to maintain a feedback loop that keeps our teams and vendors mutually well informed.
• Lead and coordinate the activities of the team to achieve profitability, efficiency and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Problem‑solve and innovate to drive continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Participate in certain national committees.
• Participate in the development and implementation of your business plan and implement the necessary structures to achieve the department's objectives....
