The Claims Officer is responsible for leading and managing claim investigations within Cash Vault Services (CVS). This role ensures accurate reporting, tracking, timely resolution of discrepancies, and proactive communication with clients. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, strong numeracy skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

This Claims Officer position will be based in Toronto, ON.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigations for ATM Differences and Non-ATM claims
• Daily reporting of all customers (For different functions e.g., Deposit Processing, Cash Bin, ATM Rec, Cheque investigations, BOC, Precious Metals)
• Assisting Supervisors with Daily Metrics Data collection
• Assisting in investigation of Daily Outages and actioning as required (Pulling TRs, requesting rebalances, performing off...
