We seek an individual with 10 years of experience litigating matters under the Class Proceedings Act in Canada. While exclusive experience is not required, a foundation in this area is necessary.

2‑10 years of experience in matters governed by the Class Proceedings Act in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis using resources such as Lexis‑Nexis.
• Prepare legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters.
