Job Description
Clerical Assistant/Office Attendant in the Department of Urban Planning and Design (Ref.: 536495) (to commence as soon as possible for two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should have completed Form 5 or above with at least 2 yearβs full-time work experience. They should have a fair command of written and spoken English and Chinese, good communication skills and organisational skills, as well as basic skills in PC and software applications including MS Excel and Word processing. They should also be responsible, attentive to details, self-motivated, able to perform multitasks and to work independently as well as in a team.
