We are seeking a talented individual to join our Private Equity and M&A (PEMA) practice at Marsh, the world’s largest risk advisor. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Our CEE and Eastern Mediterranean PEMA team is market-leading, currently with +10 M&A professionals across Warsaw, Vienna and Tel Aviv. We structure and place transactional risk insurance solutions — such as Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) insurance, Title Insurance (Title) and Contingent Liability Insurance (CLI) — in connection with domestic and international transactions. We work closely with global insurers in the CEE, UK, Continental Europe, and beyond. Our clients include private equity funds, institutional investors, real estate developers, and leading corporates.
