We are looking for a Client Delivery Executive focused on Mexico for the end-to-end delivery of services, ensuring performance, compliance, and client satisfaction across all national engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate IT service delivery across all operations in Mexico, ensuring alignment with regional standards while addressing local business needs.
Manage the full contract lifecycle within the Mexican market, including SLAs, governance, financial performance, and service quality.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with Mexico-based senior stakeholders, acting as their primary strategic partner in technology delivery.
Lead execution of IT services in areas such as Field Services, Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Project Delivery at a country-wide level.
