We're now looking for a Client Manager to join our sales team in Colombia.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact and build long‑term relationships with customers.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with a complete understanding of client´s needs.
• Strategically plan to improve client results.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and establish the performance timeline.
• Collaborate with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships, maximizing profit by up‑selling or cross‑selling.
• Manage communications between clients and internal teams.
• Work with the operations team (quotations managers, project managers, etc.)
