Job Description
Elevate your career as a Client Onboarding Manager with Scotiabank in Toronto. Oversee corporate client transitions, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience while maintaining superior service quality.
In this vital role within the Client Success team, you will manage end-to-end onboarding for corporate clients, coordinating with various internal teams. Your expertise in compliance, customer relations, and problem resolution will be integral to enhancing the client journey. Moreover, you will be responsible for client communications, managing a complex pipeline, and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage the corporate client onboarding process effectively
β’ Liaise with internal teams including Sales and KYC
β’ Resolve escalated inquiries and complaints promptly
β’ Provide monthly onboarding metrics to senior management
β’ Champion a client-focused culture across teams
