We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a vital role in creating a positive and supportive experience for both clients and patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone
• Answer a high volume of phone calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
• Troubleshoot client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication
• Relay information accurately between clients, veterinarians, and technical staff
• Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
