Job Description
Provide top-tier support as a Client Service Support Analyst in wealth management. Enhance operational efficiencies by addressing inquiries and fostering strong communications with Financial Advisors.
This role will involve fielding operational inquiries and collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of distribution partners’ operations, facilitating improved relations between parties. Strong communication and analytical skills are core to managing client-related issues and project support effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Field inquiries from Financial Advisors about products
• Collaborate with internal business units for resolutions
• Document and enhance fund maintenance procedures
• Assist with client onboarding and retention tasks
• Support ad hoc initiatives for Private Wealth
