Lead the client success journey as a Client Success Leader. Spearhead onboarding, implementation, and expansion initiatives for high-caliber B2B SaaS clients in the mortgage sector.
In this strategic position, you will take charge of the complete client journey, focusing on implementation and long-term client success. You'll bridge communication between clients and our internal teams, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to key accounts.
