Our client is seeking a Client Success Specialist to help onboard new customers and manage incoming requests for portal access.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to client emails requesting portal access.
• Verify client identities and confirm their access needs and permissions.
• Support onboarding by guiding clients through setup and login steps.
• Work with the Education/Outreach team to validate requests and IT to issue credentials.
• Review prepared data and highlight simple insights or trends.
• Communicate with clients by email or phone and provide friendly, clear support.
• Maintain accurate records of requests and client interactions.
• Suggest improvements to streamline the onboarding and access process.
