Expected Salary Range: $100,943 - $126,179 Annually

Target Variable Performance Pay: 10%

The final salary offered will be determined based on a holistic assessment of the candidate’s experience, education, training, and alignment with the role’s requirements. For positions covered by a collective agreement, placement within the range will follow the applicable step or classification.

The Climate Action Consultant is responsible for proactively engaging with small commercial customers in the market to drive measurable participation in the Save on Energy programs with a focus on electrification of heating, hot water and transportation, energy efficiency, or behind-the-meter resources.
