This role requires you to guide climbing programs and manage risks effectively. You will lead progressive climbing lessons, improving participants’ skills while maintaining compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Create memorable climbing experiences for users
• Monitor safety in climber activities on the wall
• Develop lesson plans to introduce climbing skills
• Assist with administrative requirements of the Climbing Wall
• Collaborate with other departments for special events
