Position Summary: The Oncology Clinical Coordinator (OCC) provides operational leadership to the day-to-day patient care services of the Conway Medical Center (CMC) positioned as a Duke Health affiliate in Oncology and Infusion services at assigned location(s). The OCC oversees and coordinates with full accountability for the clinical services within the medical oncology and infusion departments which consists of the Oncology medical practice and Oncology infusion suite. The OCC communicates and collaborates with other departments such Pharmacy, Patient Access, Conway Physician Group Administration and more for problem identification and resolution. Through the OCC, clinical activities are coordinated with other departments and the OCC will maintain, review, and revise clinical policies and procedures for the department and communicate with staff in order to facilitate compliance with policies and procedures.
