Within the context of a patient/client and family‑centred framework and continuum‑based care model and in accordance with established standards of professional practice and the vision, values and policies of the organization, provides nutrition care services to a multi‑cultural population within the Renal Program. Applies extensive knowledge, skill and clinical experience to assess, plan, evaluate and implement nutritional goals and care plans. In addition, utilizing clinical techniques and clinical models, demonstrates knowledge of chronic renal failure treatment modalities to enhance assessment and care plans.
