Overview

At FutureCare, the Clinical Education Specialist works in partnership with healthcare staff members to ensure they receive the skills and knowledge needed to provide care and support for our residents in accordance with FutureCare’s corporate compliance standards. The Specialist works independently under limited supervision to design, develop, implement, and evaluate education programs based on adult learning principles within the ANA professional development scope, standards of practice, the Nurse Practice Act, and state and federal education standards.

Salary

Salary Range: $100,000 – $105,000.
