Job Description
Engage in a rewarding role as a Clinical Helpdesk Agent at NTT DATA, fielding calls from healthcare professionals in a 24/7 call center ecosystem. Leverage your customer service expertise and technical skills in healthcare application support.
Applicants should have at least four years of service desk or helpdesk experience and one year focused on technical troubleshooting. Your main tasks will involve assisting users with application support for systems such as Epic and Cerner. Adaptability is key, as shift work, including nights and weekends, is mandatory.
