Job Summary

The Midwifery Clinical Placement Lead provides strategic and organizational management of all aspects of clinical placements for the Midwifery programs – the four-year undergraduate degree program (BMw) and the Internationally Educated Midwives Bridging Program (IEMBP). Working within the unique environment of a distributed midwifery program, the Clinical Placement Lead plans, implements, and provides clinical placements for all students of the Midwifery’s Program Cohorts while also continuing to establish and build relationships with Clinical Faculty members in the Programs.

Organizational Status

The Bachelor of Midwifery degree Program is a distributed entry to practice Program delivered in Vancouver, Vancouver Island, Surrey, and online.
